The bathroom is modern, the walls are soundproofed, and a private balcony looks out over the quiet cobblestone street below.

Restored, Not Reinvented
Petra is a charming, fully independent private house within the property — faithfully restored to preserve its traditional Cycladic architecture. Natural volcanic stones and unique touchstones throughout evoke a deep sense of ancient history.

A Living Micrography of Milos
The layout mirrors a traditional historic Milos home. The upper-level sleeping area — the tavloto — reflects 18th-century life, when the whole family lived and slept together on a single large mattress on the top floor, a custom known as stromatsáda. Below sit the cosy living room, the kitchen area, and the bathroom.

Petra opens onto its own private veranda — made for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine — held in wonderful natural shade until around 11:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the suite. Guests may use designated outdoor areas.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
