Booking Policy
We offer two rate types when you book your stay at Efi's Apartments. Choose the one that suits you best — the payment and cancellation terms for each are set out clearly below.
Non-Refundable Rate

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation is not available.
- If the booking is cancelled, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost of the stay.
- In the event of a no-show, the no-show fee is the same as a last-minute cancellation.
Standard Rate
More flexiblePayment
- A deposit equal to one night is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation is not available.
- If the booking is cancelled, the cancellation fee is the cost of one night.
- If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost of the stay.
- In the event of a no-show, the no-show fee is the same as a last-minute cancellation.
